This Privacy Policy explains how Seetie Inc. (“Seetie,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our mobile apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), including when you sign up through external forms.

C. Information from third-party platforms
If you submit your information via TikTok lead forms, TikTok provides the information you submit to us (e.g., your email) according to your TikTok settings and TikTok’s own privacy practices.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information (such as precise location, government IDs, health information, or biometric data).
We use information to:
Provide and operate the Services (including onboarding, beta access invitations, and support).
Personalize and improve the user experience (including recommendations and product improvements).
Communicate with you, including sending beta invites, product updates, and administrative messages.
Maintain safety and security, prevent fraud, debug, and enforce our terms.
Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
We may use analytics tools and technologies (like SDKs, cookies, pixels, and advertising identifiers) to understand performance, improve the Services, and, where applicable, deliver or measure ads.

We are based in Canada and may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Services are intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at hi@seetie.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, if changes are material, we may provide additional notice (such as in-app notice).
